What is set my way,

Let me break away

Like the autumn leaves

Let me cry away

Alone in peace

For no real reason today

Just to let go all that pain

For all those reasons

I chose not to cry

For all those fights

That drove me to fight

Let me wear down the armour

For a few moments today

Let my wounds heal

A little more today

Let this reason less cry

Wash away the dirt of yesterday

Let it temper my weathered heart

And refill a little hope

A little rest since

I swam the storm

A little breath since

I strode the desert

Let me sigh in relief

Before I replenish my strength

And look up the day

To find the valour to fight

What is set my way…
